On LG webos: activation video of DivX can not play after reg & verify processes.

LG TV was registered, verify process done, activation DivX video downladed, but webos still can not play it, therefore the activation can not be done.

Why should go everything with only pilot licence and spent tones of hours nowadays? More and more smart tools we have with more and more issues with them...

Yes, I tired reboot and all basic things, so I need a better suggestion to solve the situation - thanks! :)))

  Hello Benji,

  The registration and activation process of your DivX Certified device is only required if you plan on playing purchased VOD content that requires DRM. Purchased videos on the DivX format.

  If you are having issues playing back the activation video file, we recommend you try formatting the USB to FAT32 and having only the activation video file in there. Also, check if your device has multiple USB ports or not.
