Divx kindly sent a link which worked for me, the auto update download would not work some how for me... hope they can help you out

I have Divx Pro full registered add ons, however on update to 10.8.7 my videos with AC3 will not play the software says i need to download them and install, but i have purchased them, the the lates...

https://support.divx.com/hc/en-us/requests/2884 cannot reply on that thread, but will do but the site says 10 hours to download lol
