cannot uninstall divx windows 10

i have tried everything to do this......at the end of the uninstall the checkmark boxes for the components is missing therefore not able to proceed with the uninstall.....also tried reinstalling, then uninstall (no luck) 

the web is loaded with request on how to uninstall this none seem to work

please help me get this off my pc!......i purchased this for mkv files and it won't even play them  ...do i want a refund?.... YES

  Hi Jesse,

  Can you please contact / create a support ticket? Provide them with your order reference number and request the steps to manually remove all traces of the DivX Software.
