Cast with subtitles

Hi

 

How can I Cast a movie to my projector and show the subtitles?  Movies play fine but I cannot get any subtitles to show.  At the moment I have to convert the movies so that the subtitels are 'Hard Encoded'.

 The subtitles will show if I just play the movie in DivX on my PC without Casting.

  Hi Fred,

  What is the brand and model of your projector? It will depend on your device - check with you projector owner's manual what are the supported subtitle formats, and if it is supported when casting.
