DivX Doesn't Have Proper Sleep and Screensaver Support on macOS

When using the DivX Player to view videos, then there should be some means of supporting macOS Power Saving features to prevent sleep and screensaver from activating. Will DivX ever support and implement this basic function in most every other media player on macOS?
