How to enable codec downloads in DivX Pro Converter?

I'm trying to convert a VOB file. I get the error message "Can't download DivX codec. Please check your internet connection and try again". I'm connected to the internet, so that's not the problem. Presumably I need to do something in the system (Wndows 10 Pro) to tell the OS to allow the download, but I have no idea what that would be or how to find out.

  Can you create a support ticket here, and a standalone installer may be able to solve your issue.
