Would like a refund
I just purchased DivX Pro a few days ago and i must say i do not like it and would like a refund, it is VERY slow on the conversion and takes way too long for me, so with that being said i would like a refund.

We are sorry that you are unsatisfied with the DivX Software. Your order ref. number 149061357 refund process has been initiated on October 11. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed back into your original payment method / bank account.
