Can't play .mkv files

Hi, there. I am new to DivX. I have all videos in .mkv format only. But it doesn't play this format.

  Hello,

  Are you getting any error messages when trying to playback your .MKVs? I would suggest you create a private support ticket, and we may ask you to upload one of the videos for testing.
