    So I bought DivX Pro and installed it from the link provided in the e-mail confirmation. However, it never prompted me to enter the Serial Number... nor can I find where to enter it after the installation - when I check the "About" it simply says DivX player, version

    So how do I activate my player to become PRO?, It's nice you answered the question by "check your box", that doesn't help anyone else with the same problem after buying your program!

    Hello Joseph,

    We sometimes have to reply privately if there are personal information involved. The original poster had already purchased in the past and I preferred to submit a ticket to discuss his case.

    Anyway, is this on a Windows PC? What version? The easiest way to tell if the DivX Pro is installed is if you open any of the DivX Software components (Player or Converter) you see the DivX Pro logo on the top.

    You can also check if you go Start > DivX folder > Register. Are all components showing as 'Registered'? If you have an issue, you can try doing a complete uninstall + reboot and then run the same installer from the order confirmation again. We also have a standalone / offline installer that we can provide.
