Unable to download. Status is "failed"
Dear,
Unable to download a film. Got a code from disneytek after buying the film. This code allows to download the .tix file, which has to be open in DivX player.
But DivX player does not download anything. Status is failed. Tried on other PC, same issue.
Device is registered in divx account.
No log file, nothing to troubleshoot.... Any idea please ?

When I tried to re-install I got that message...maybe time ran out on me...as well I hope you are doing well...
