Instead of repeatedly having to contact support for a liink to a standalone installer, why can't you let us know what is causing the problem, or better still remedy the situation.
Several times now I have been in this situation, and every time my firewall was set to allow DivXSetup (and a lot of other DivX related programs) through, my internet connection was and is stable and fast enough (100Mb/s), and Windows 10 is functioning without problems.
I am having flashbacks to when I had to uninstall one application every time I had to update another one, and then reinstalling the first again.
Please try to solve this problem for your still loyal users.
