The DivX Plus Player & DivX Player 7.x allow for the playback of certain MKV files.
DivX Plus Player & DivX Player 7.x support MKV files that use AVC/H.264 video and AAC audio. If your file does not play back, or if you get an error message stating that you do not have the correct direct show filter, then it likely does not use a supported codec.
