- Attach the DxDiag.txt to your Question:
- Click on Start--> Run and type dxdiag. In the following windows click 'Save All Information' and add your name to the .txt file (i.e. dxdiagJohnDoe.txt)

Error 22 indicates that the format of the file is not accepted by the DivX Plus Converter. Unfortunately, the software will not be able to convert files of this type. If you do not know what the format of your file is, you can use MediaInfo or GSpot as explained above to get the details of your file.
Error 24 occurs when the video stream of the file is in a format that is not supported by the Converter. Unfortunately, the software cannot convert a file containing this video stream or codec. If you do not know what the format of your file is, you can use MediaInfo or GSpot as explained above to get the details of your file.
Error 25 occurs when the audio stream of the file is in a format that is not supported by the Converter. Unfortunately, the software cannot convert a file containing this audio stream or codec. If you do not know what the format of your file is, you can use MediaInfo or GSpot as explained above to get the details of your file.
Error 26 indicates that your video file contains a variable frame rate, which is not supported by the DivX Plus Converter. In order to convert this file to DivX, you will need to use the DivX Codec using a third-party application that supports variable frame rates.
This error indicates that the file you are trying to convert contains a DRM encryption for copyright protection. DivX Plus Converter cannot convert any files containing DRM encryption.
Error 140 is usually caused by a special character in the name of the file or in the file path. Check to see if your file has a special character such as a "&" in its name or file path. Please try renaming your video and removing the special character and then convert again to see if that solves the issue.
