Divx vids don’t work when the car is moving!!!
I’ve noticed that divx videos work when the car is parked and when the car is moving the screen turns blue!!! the only thing that works is the audio!!! even though I activated everything through the website and added the code which I found under setting in my Mazda CX-9 2015 and received an email with an activation link from divx.com. So, I need an explanation of what’s happening, plz!

DivX is not the manufacturer of your device - we only certify the devices to playback VOD content. I recommend that you consult your device's user manual or contact the manufacturer customer service / technical support department. It seems that this is a feature of your device, that you cannot watch while the car is in movement.
