AC3 Codec

Just discovered the error window saying I need AC codec when tinkering with a HEVC file, The web site appears to indicate that if you purchased DIXV Pro they are included? Bought it several years ago as it seemed a worthy purchase. Screenshot is the registration screen (Ver 10.8.10)
